I have met a lot of afk killers and sometimes just play around not tryna to kill anyone, are they bot or something else.

They're "farming" and it's against the rules. Generally it's people setting up a macro to hold M1 on the "ready" button in the lobby, which in turn means they hold M1 for the entirety of the match. This repeats until they disable the macro.

I know a few players that just do the daily for killer and dont want to kill anyone. Personally I try to get everyone to last hook state before killing or until last gen is done with my favorite Rancor build but doesnt always turn out that way. We all in here to have fun either which way.

Some killers just want to chill and maybe farm some BP. I sometimes just mess around (take swings at people, chase them around for awhile, maybe a hook a two) if I had a particularly rough couple of games or just don't feel like trying very hard and let them all escape. There are some bots, but that isn't always the case. Some killers aren't sweat lords.

It depends on a few factors. BP offering, event bonus BP, modifier BP bonus, normal role BP bonus, etc. I believe a "perfect" normal match can yield up to 40k BP without any bonuses. Last week with bonus BP event and offerings I was getting 200k-300k BP on average every match without everyone farming.

I don't mind them. Easy win. Sometimes easy tome challenges too.

I survived Nemesis. Stood still the whole match. I thought it was some mechanic to do with the zombies or he was taking it easy on us. Didn't realize he was afk. Interesting to know it's against the rules, though.

As a newer player, it seems much easier to get points as killer than survivor. It seems poorly balanced to me. Even with all the stars aligning, the most points I've been able to get this last 30 hours is around 70. I won't discount stumbling into greatness and maybe breaking 100k, I know the best numbers are dependant on all the survivors bringing boosting offerings, too. But 40k is what I can get average fighting to kill everyone I can. To think people can just stand still and rake in the same leaves me embarrassed. I can't even max out the points for hooking and sacrifice, though I slay the entire group.

They are dropping there mmr for the new killer. They are farming exp too should be back to normal during the anniversary event

Yeah. It's amazing how many people cry that this game is too hard. Like, you can literally just play again and again until you win.

I, on the other hand, say that they do it on purpose to provoke the other players, because they know they are annoying. These bots that I personally would ban permanently, you sometimes encounter while looking up or down so as not to blind them. do they really do it to avoid killing someone or just to farm, why does it bother them to be blinded if they aren't even in front of the PC? Instead, find a solution to this problem.just this morning I already found three different killer bots.moreover, their profile is hidden so you can't even report them

on steam, u have 3 hrs played.
u're at bottom MMR (matchmaking rank).
u're facing killers who are either very new, or lose a lot.

if by afk killers, u mean the killer stands still doing nothing throughout the match, they get 0 bp and a dc penalty.

if by afk killers, u mean the killer attacks/moves in a predictable manner, they're bots farming bp - this is bannable if u report them (in-game button) with video evidence (attached/linked in support ticket).

killers who play around not tryna to kill anyone, they could be simply exploring the killer's powers, or doing relaxed daily/tome challenges (kick gens/pallets, or chase someone for X seconds, or down X survivors) and maintaining bottom MMR for an easier time when they need to do harder tome challenges.

My experience with AFK or friendly killers are different, but here's my experience and ideas. I don't say it's OK, neither all of them must be banned!

Killers who simply messing around, hitting gens or exit gates possibly real palyers, who maybe just want BP/XP or just not the moode to... play. Still weird.

Killers who doesn't hook, just hit or grab survivors and let them go obviously friendly ones. My bet either want to collect BP/XP or just have fun. some of them doing funny things, but let everyone go. Hell, sometimes either party play the game just fooling around!

Completly AFK killers, who get 0 points you can see it. Highly possible bots or farming... XP since nothing else they doing. Also, it's possible someone paly the game, left it for some urgent reason that match, or go to the bathroom, get a call. I say this because yesterday their was a completly still killer, but after we hit 4 gens and fooling around the killer just get active and I mean real! We barely escaped! So some killers possible get someting they distract palying the game after they hit the queue button.


Also this week gave 3x XP which means more IS for everyone, possible farmers who just messing around and help survivors doing otherwise impossible achievements, challenges.
