How to report a cheater with a video proof?

Today after 694 hours I have encountered a lowlife cheater for the first time, where can I report them with a video proof? I doubt the ingame reporting system is taken seriously since people love to accuse others of cheating who just are better (just like in this case)

Go to the website and post a ticket. You can upload things there. You want to do both, report them at the website and reference your ticket in the report.

The in game report helps them identify the ticket.

Yeah I had 2 incidents today 1st one they claimed it was rubber banding and lag....so ok but 2nd match omg this bill was doing gens not even next to the gen and u couldnt hit them and than opened the gate and u couldnt hit them....you know I give up how are we supposed to know who is hacking and who isnt when you have crap like this. I put the bill on my twitter to show an example of how he was doing the gates and he did the gens exactly the same way furthermore i highly doubt it was lag cuz I hit the othe 3 no problem but chalk it up to lag once again and we can pretend no hackers exist even though earlier this week I was a survivor in a match with a hacker by coincidence that would make killers insta drop survivors when picked up

its just video of an huntress instadowning people at the beginning of the match without throwing hatchets and then teleporting onto them and carrying them at lightspeed to hooks, nothing worth seeing

just record, report and carry on, nothing else to do aganist these lowlifes who are pathetic enough to cheat in a pvp game

its weird to run into cheaters so quick after an update I ran into a 3man Aura hiding squad I call it that because none of them had any aura blocking perks and yet 3 of the 4 were invisible at round start against lethal pursuer cause i'm a weirdo that full tracking build
