If you mean the current Tome then it's 28 days, you can check it at the Rift section anytime.

They mean the grades not Tomes, as it's meant to reset today or whenever it is in their country.

I thought it would reset 32 minutes ago, but that might have something to do with daylight savings time. Probably check in about 28 minutes!

Seems they changed the time. Ususally at my timezone it reseted sometime around morning. Update and stuff happens at 16:00 or 17:00 hours, maybe they push that too.
