The gen in the theater is entirely free; there are only two staircases to approach it, but there are FOUR drop down zones to use to escape through (Balanced Landing), with two of them also immediately connecting to windows for activating Lithe with a pallet in the theater itself. Granted, the theater is hilariously unsafe against ranged Killers, but everyone else is going to eat that pallet if they chase a Survivor in there.
Random arcade machines in the forest play at insane volumes, making it impossible to hear anything else going on.
Only map where I've ever had six pallets on-screen at once. Even if half the pallets are unsafe, that is still an absurd amount all connected to each other.
The actual plaza is weird; I never see gens spawn there, but it's a huge chunk of the map (roughly 30% of it) with an insane number of lockers and tall bushes.
Drop downs are a free hit for the killer unless they somehow mess up in a big way, BL is pretty rare. Landing recovery is pretty crazy for survivor.
