i just purchased the new dlc in my other account but actually play on this one, the dlc doesnt show in steam dlc page and in-game.

is it gonna be this way for a time or just an bug?

DLC won't share anymore. Since like last year or so. Its steam policy, not bhvr.

not entirely sure if i follow what you're saying
but if you purchased the DLC on a different account, you shouldn't have it on the one you're currently using (and would need to purchase it again)

You can no longer share DLC across accounts for any game. It has been like this for some time.

if you use family sharing, you have all the dlcs that the account you shared it from has

I'm also having the same issue. I buy all the DLCs on my old account that has the base game. Every DLC shares over fine (last one was Alan Wake which came over fine), but this one isn't and I don't know why.
