Developer Update, lots of things changed in PTB
The Unknown:
[NEW] Weakness’ duration now increases by 6 seconds when a Survivor is injured by UVX.
[CHANGE] Increased Hindered effect on airborne hits from 3% to 6%
[CHANGE] Increased Blindness duration for the Homemade Mask Add-On to 60 seconds (was 45 seconds)

Incocation: Weaving Spiders:
[CHANGE] When the Invocation is completed, permanently reduce the required charges of all Generators by 10 (previously added 15 charges of progress during the PTB)

Pig:
[REVERTED] Decreased Reverse Bear Traps base time to 150 seconds (was 180 during PTB)

Huntress:
[REVERTED] Decreased Huntress movement speed while holding a Hatchet to 3.08m/s (was 3.54m/s during PTB)

I think reasonable changes have been made. I'm so glad the Pig nerf was reverted. Also we will see how strong the Weaving Spiders advantage is when it comes to the game. :thetrap:

Incocation: Weaving Spiders is worse than the PTB version. In 1 month you won't see it again.

Its way better its legit a brand new part on all the gen meaning every gen regression perk and kick are less effective.

The thing is even if its better the time investment is still too long so its not worth using the perk but its a step in the right direction. The only thing the need to figure out if they want to make the perk good is do they reduce the incantation time or do you add a time to the broken effect.

Huntress change is a big W, that windup speed was obnoxious.

Invocation is still kinda meh, but shouldn't be buffed further.

Regarding Clown, why don't they just completely rework Pinky Finger addon?

Pig is now truly buffed, good.

And the rework of Wicked is...obnoxious. You now have free basement Deli without any condition other than forcing a basement hook. I truly wish this change didn't reach live.

it works in the situation its supposed to work in which is to avoid a 3 gen unfortunately its more useful for swf than soloq and soloq are the survivors that are underperforming

I still don't get why they were thinking of buffing a killer with one of the highest pick rates in the game. In no other game would a killer with a high pick rate and a positive win rate be buffed lol.

The Pig changes are more in line with what I wanted as a Pig main. Not being able to see boxes is good in order to stop mindless tunneling, and survivors truly need to learn to stop killing their teammates with traps on their heads. Pig shouldn't be punished for poor teamplay.

I also don't know why they bother making new perk types if they can't balance them properly. Nobody uses boons anymore, the only hex killers use is NOED, and nobody is going to use the new invocation perk after a week of killers running Territorial Imperative. Most of them won't even get that measly 10 charges lmao.

ive stated this before if it needs to be on a hex it shouldnt exist
10 hatchets Huntress stays... that is a bit too much...

It would be much better if they add more lockers on the map instead, which also helps Trickster and Dredge.

I would never use that perk for a 3 gen situation its already in the survivor favor and its not like the killer can regress the gen fast enough to compete with the survivor progression.

That perk is for the start of the game and nothing else.

it's an objective buff. the invocation going off now gives irreversible progress on every single gen. before there was still the possibility of the killer being able to undo the invocation's effects by using regression perks and/or kicking the gens (though kicking every single gen manually would be hellish). now once the invocation goes off that's it, the killer literally can't do anything about it.

i would argue this puts it in about the best place it should be, definitely should never be buffed to be better than this. the problem is that this is one of those perks that's either going to be insanely overpowered or totally useless, with no real in-between. the better option for the health of the game is that it's totally useless, or at least weak.

The PTB had an older version of Wicked - that used Tokens and allowed Survivors to recover from Mangled faster.

We made a note on the PTB patch notes that it would be changing before the live release; that version is what was included in the most recent Dev Update.

It's works like brand new part. It will reduce the generator by 10 charges and it will be locked

People overreact with the invocation perk in my opinion.

Think people forget it still applies the broken status. So even if you spend the long time doing it, somehow don't get caught by the 5-4 gen mark (as afterwards its practically useless), you still get broken for the rest of the match and likely tunneled out. Since you cant take extra hits, the chase is gonna be a lot shorter, taking away actual time that could've been used for your team to do gens in better ways

I honestly think the aspect of the broken status, makes this perk just not worth running and I would've personally reworked this perk in another way that would not include broken status or at least only gave broken status for some seconds.
