Not recieving/earning bloodpoints

Just started today, not sure if it's a server issue or if I'm gonna need to contact support? But I am saving for new survivor so I have 1.5mil. However I'm not earning anymore bloodpoints at all, like I've played 3 matches today and I'm still stuck at the same number, I've tried restarting my game to see if it was a HUD issue not displaying the correct numbers but it isn't. Anyone got a similar issue?

Don't remember of the top of my head what the Bloodpoint cap is but if you hover over it ingame it should tell ya, i think its 2mil so i'm not sure what the problem is for ya specifically but i'd suggest if you can't figure it out from the link below then probably contact support and see whats up

Not sure what mode you are using but a few things to consider: Playing against premades with bots or a lobby of friends gets no bloodpoints, also the bp cap is 2 million. The only mode that gives BP is playing against at least one random player (the killer if you are playing as survivor)

I saw the server error a few times today, was not given BP even toward the end of the match
