Limited time Blood Moon event skins returning?
Are they gonna return or are they gone forever after the event ends?

They will return in a year if another blood moon event happen

the devs said the blood moon event's annual, so they'll be back next year probably. unless they do a new set of cosmetics each year or something i guess.

And if other events are the norm, when the outfits come back they'll be available for IRI shards.

Either cells or shards, your choice. Earlier you could buy them only with cells.
