Friends 'Til The End is much worse than Ultimate Weapon.

I get why people don't like Ultimate Weapon, and I get why people want it nerfed. But at least to me, Friends 'Til The End is far worse. UW just makes you scream, reveal your location, and gives you Blindness; it is annoying, but it's manageable. Since it only reveals your location, and more than likely that's at a distance of at least 32 meters, you usually have a chance to try to hide.

On the other hand, FTTE makes you Exposed for 20 seconds and reveals your Aura for 10 seconds. And if the Killer hooks the Obsession, then someone else automatically becomes the Obsession, so someone suffers no matter what. So you pretty much have to hope you're on the other side of the map from the hooked person when it happens, otherwise the Killer can pretty easily hunt you down and one-shot you. Also, this next point is nitpicky, but I don't get why it's called "Friends 'Til The End" if the Obsession transfers to someone else when you hook the Obsession. To make this perk more balanced, I would say either remove the aura reveal or get rid of the condition that the Obsession being hooked transfers your Obsession to someone else.

For the record:
- I play Killer and Survivor about evenly.
- I don't like Chucky himself, either.
- This isn't a personal attack or anything of the sort to anyone who uses FTTE or Chucky.

I getcha but ultimate weapon is far worse, friends if you know the killer has it just play around it by keeping a big distance from chases honestly because then they have 20 seconds to run across the entire map and 10 of that they can see ya then take into account holding W and the exposed status is long long gone

FTTE is way more manageable than UW. The biggest risk with FTFE is the expose+aura read on the obsession, which can be played around.

In theory, you could always go in a locker when the obsession is hooked to dodge the scream as well.

UW has no counterplay other than put on calm spirit.

I've played both sides against and with UW. For survivors it sucks giant ass, The only perk to counter it is calm spirit which despite what the community says, It does actually work both blocking the scream and the visual alert.

With Killer it literally takes 0 effort as all you need to do is open a locker to find *all* the survivors inside your terror radius which means that its incredibly strong, The only time the Perk would be terrible or worse than FTTE is if your playing it on a stealth killer like Ghostface

With FTTE for you to get anything out of it you need to actively wound someone twice, down them and carry them to a hook. Not to mention if their good players then you can usually keep the killer looped for a decent amount of time meaning the one scream trade off for potential time wasted and possible gens just isn't worth it unless of course the person your chasing isn't the obsession and your actual obsession is dumb as a rock because at least that can lead to another hook

Comparing Opening a locker (UW) to actually having to hook a survivor (FTTE) is a pretty big difference in terms of that amount of effort it takes to activate a perk with UW being far more rewarding

If/when the nerf does come to UW, i'll probably then start using FTTE but it will need some testing in my MMR because if i find that im not getting Time value out of the perk then i'll probably be best with just another location perk like Face the darkness

I play killer but I played survivor with a bud who invited me and I got hit with it and walked in one direction for 3/4th of the duration then doubled back and almost lost him if I was more familiar with survivor gameplay
