"Cheat engine detected"

I was playing just now and at the same time I had a roblox tycoon active to get money and play in between rounds but now it says I was using some type of cheat engine.

anticheat saw your cheat engine and banned you
if it just says game violation its more likely to just be your keyboard or something.

EAС should not ban you for having the cheat engine enabled, but simply close the game and demand cheat engine be closed

Im not banned. It wasnt a cheat engine it was a game on roblox I was idling to get money on roblox. My dbd game just shuts off the roblox game while im playing dbd and then my pc gets a "cheat engine detected".

Because Roblox is opensource, some of the files for whatever server you were playing on could have been flagged by EAC, so simply I recommend not using the program in the background anymore.

So let me get this straight, cheaters use programs that runs in the background to enable their cheats, and EAC is designed to detect sus programs running in the background, and you're running program in the background that alters another game's files.

Should BHVR just disable anti-cheat so you can farm in Roblox? What do you want them to do?

The smart cheaters aren't running a program called "DBD CHEATZ" lmao.

In this case EAC isn't being stupid as you're using a program to trick another game into thinking you're not AFK.

I've seen EAC flag people over stupid stuff like their desktop animations. It's not unreasonable for EAC to be like, "better safe than sorry," and you weren't banned.

Turn off Roblox or DbD. Pick one. What's so complicated about that?

I think people arent realizing that Im not using a program. When Im on hook or loading rounds I minimize dbd to move my roblox character around to keep them from getting kicked from the game for being afk.

That wasn't really clear in your post. Does Roblox have an anti-cheat? If it's interacting with your memory in any way, then it's likely to be flagged by EAC because it interacted with the client.

That kind of activity in the background will trip something as sensitive as EAC. Generally it's not good to run a game with anti-cheat alongside another game with anti-cheat because you could get a false positive and end up flagged or banned in one of those games because they came across one another doing something unusual to the client.

Your only option is to close Roblox while DbD is up.

Yes I realize that now but up until recently ive been doing that for years so was just suprised.
