1) Against the Twins, keep yourself and teammates as uninjured as possible as Twins is built for snowball slugging.
2) If you see someone injured and in chase with Victor near you, stick close to kick Victor after lunge. Not as imperative with experienced survivors as they will handle the kick themselves after successful dodges.
3) I always keep Victor with me, esp when far from Charlotte. The Twins' tactic is usually to get people injured to the point that they can down survivors with Victor. Whilst without Victor, Charlotte is an M1 killer. The less injured, the better for survivors. As Charlotte can locate you with Victor, don't hide, keep running with Victor away from where you think Charlotte is because usually she won't waste time trying to catch up with you from across the map.
4) Most important: Dodge Victor's attack and kick. If actual dodging is hard, do 180s and 270 spins when close, as against less experienced Twins, it'll be enough to confuse them to miss. Be ready to kick. Outside of that, you need to practice dodging and that's just part of learning this game. It's harder with Twins cos they're very rare.
Good luck!
Playing in pair make it so the killer cant be to far away from viktor because it take at least 8 sec before she can move at her full movement speed after a down and because of viktor stun duration after a hit your teamate can kick viktor and pick you up.
Holding viktor hostage is good too but it have some downside you will reveal everyone around you and you cant progress the gen so do that if you know your teamate can run a m1 killer with no power.
At the end learning to counter her is worthless because less than 1% of the player play her and shes alway bug and she got nerf so much that playing her is kinda hard compare to a killer like Wesker.
