Isn't M&K an unfair advantage?
I mean crossplay is definitely a good thing but wtf is a controller player supposed to do against a M&K player doing 360 spins into moonwalks? Lul

Well it seems console players can actually use mouse and keyboard in DBD, so it just makes it even harder to win the game now that I get teammates who are clearly using a controller and the "console" killer is using M&K.

As far as I know there's no M&K support for DbD on console? Unless you mean that janky mouse and keyboard hardware that emulates a controller?

Many pc players use controllers perfectly fine.

Dunno man, I know theres windows store players but those were far and few between. Majority of the console killers seem to have the ability to spin around and hit people while moving just as good as PC.

I will also add theres something up with the length of lunges with controller, dont know if its just me getting hit from waaaay too far away today.

I'd like to see that. Considering the game requires such precise camera movement and fast turns, you'd have to be a god with controller to compete with an optical gaming mouse.

I mean I've seen some godlike controller players in other games don't get me wrong, but there's usually mechanics like assisted aim to help balance out controller and mouse players. There's nothing like that in a game like this.

There is literally autoaim for all killers lol

For survivor controller is just fine, some say its better for 360s. There are some killer mains on controller too who do very well.

The Switch from what I understand also has compatability with keyboard and mouse through the docing stations USB port.

I run Killer with mouse and keyboard, but Survivor with a gamepad. The two different playstyles feel better with different control set-ups, at least for me.

This isn't a pin-point accurate twitch-shot game, so running M&K isn't some holy PC master race advantage for either side.

I've played on controller every since I've had the game and I do absolutely fine. I can 360 easily. I've NEVER felt I was at a disadvantage for playing on controller. Never, not once.

It doesnt really help, Bc when survivors see that you took mori with you, they usually just kill themselfs on the first Hook

Only if they use Huntress, Nurse, and Deathslinger. But it's not that big of an advantage in general. Heard 180'ing and 360'ing is easier with controllers though.
Hex: Offender 13 AGO 2020 a las 22:02
I play PC using an Xbox controller. It's much easier in general to use, but I can't really moonwalk or 360 with it as well as I could my mouse and keyboard. It just more comfortable to play with overall.
