Champion of Light?

Do you get 50% haste only while shining it... Or by blinds aswell?

Ive just seen the spotlight trailer and it sounds like i understood it works, but in the description it sounds diffrent which i noticed earlyer when i was watching some streamers take on the recent PTB.

So what is it now? 50% haste during using it or 50% haste after a blind?

Only when shining when you blind you slow the killer by 20% for 6 sec. Its not going to be a meta perk but its a good perk.

Ohhhhhh... i understood 50% haste upon BLINDING, why i called it OP and anyone called me crazy for it. lol, now i know why XD
