I don't think so! BHVR hasnt said anything about it, but it's whitelisted/permitted by EasyAntiCheat. ReShade is pretty common, since it essentially adds extra post-processing and special effects on top of the game, not tweaking the actual renderer or any files. I would assume it fits in with stuff like custom icons.

And I cannot shut up about how great it improves the graphics!

Devs said they wont ban anyone for using Reshade but if anticheat somehow goes rogue and bans you they wont be able to help you. So it's kinda do it at your own risk.

Nvidia GeForce Experience has the ability to do this and for a while now without needing ReShade -- obvi, you need to have Geforce Experience installed and own an Nvidia card

ReShade is known for being used to gain an advantage, one way or another. Make things easier to see, brighten everything up, etc etc.
