The entity's realm is an imperfect reflection of reality, a place where strength of will can manifest in intense powers.

When Tiffany has downed a survivor, she may KNOW that Charles would be there for her, be there to help her lift the body. And so he is.

It fits the lore of DBD and Chucky. While a ghost of her would be cool, its hardly needed.

kinda a nitpick when they already packed so much into tiffany as is, it's kind of romantic to have charles lee ray helping tiffany out and calling her pet names. You're overthinking it.
