Can DLC purchased on Epic Games be accessed from Dead by Daylight on Steam?

Can I access the Dead By Daylight DLCs I purchased from Epic Games in Steam DbD? I have Dead by Daylight on Epic Games too.

The license for purchased content gets tied to your "DBD account". The licenses will transfer to any platform you tie your DBD account to.

Yes but you have to go to deadbydaylight.com and make a account first and merge you epic and steam accounts together.
