Killers who can use Surge/Jolt as well as other M1 perks most effectively

Since I wasn't able to find a list of killers who you should use M1 perks on I figured I'd make my own. I'm aware this is basic knowledge but I'll also try to explain why they can use these perks. I'm not the greatest killer main ever but this list is more to show which killers are primarily M1 killers.
1) Trapper- 90% of your downs will be basic attacks/M1 attacks. You can also guide survivors into or out of your trapped areas to regress specific generators

2) Wraith- Almost all of your downs will be M1 as well. You can also catch injured survivors off-guard as they work on a generator

3) Shape/Myers- Many of your downs will usually be basic attacks as well. Similar to Wraith while in tiers 1 and 2. When in tier 3 you will be insta-downing survivors and can exert a lot of pressure with Surge and Infectious Fright.

4) Hag- Same as Trapper

5) Doctor- You can and even should use perks like Jolt on Doctor but in many beginner lobbies an impossible skill check build may work better for slowdown and regression.

6) Nightmare/Freddy- Because you can teleport to generators and then snare the area to keep survivors there it should work similarly to Hag and Trapper.

7) Pig- Similar to Wraith and early game Myers, you can catch survivors off guard. Additionally they may begin to prioritize removing your traps instead of working on gens or healing allowing you to start a snowball of gen regression and slow down. Unfortunately the ambush doesn't act as an M1 but you should only be using that ability for STBFL anyways.

8) Clown- Aside from bottle throw add-ons your only way to injure survivors is by basic attacking. Use your tonics to trap a survivor and hit them. You may find more success with other perks but Surge/Jolt will work.

9) Spirit- Amazing on the spirit. You have lots of mobility to get to the gens you need to be at and tons of pressure during chase.

10) Legion- If you can use NOED you can use other M1 perks.

11) Ghost Face- Once again similar to Wraith and Myers where you can catch survivors off guard and get easy targeted gen regression as well as insta-downs with your power.

12) Demogorgon- You would think that since the perk came with this killer it would work well on them but it doesn't. Just take STBFL. I only included them because Surge/Jolt is their perk

13) Deathslinger- One of the best users of M1 perks. Use your harpoon gun to confirm your hits on survivors and pull them where you need them.

14) Cenobite- This one is a bit less recommended. Teleporting to a survivor may lead you to the edge of the map and make the perk useless. You will be using your M1 for damage and downs though.

15) Onyrō- Recently it seems that most Onyrō builds are focused on her condemned effect which is....... but anyways Surge/Jolt will work on her. You can teleport like Freddy and you are stealthy like Wraith.

16) Dredge- Similar reasoning as the Spirit and Onyrō. You can easily teleport and you have lots of pressure during chase (Especially during your Nightfall).

17) Knight- As a knight you have lots of late game control. Surge/Jolt may serve you well if you choose to do a 3-gen strategy but there are better perks for it. If you choose not to 3-gen or don't get the 3-gen then the perk is still useful and you can use your guards to zone survivors into or out of certain areas.

18) Skull Merchant- Exact same as Knight. Call me when she gets reworked better.

19) Singularity- I am unfamiliar with the singularity but they seem to have a ton of map pressure after successfully setting up and Overlocking will just make you more effective at getting downs and getting where you need to be.

These are all the killers that I think benefit most from Surge/Jolt as well as other M1 perks. Of course every killer can use them but these are the ones that I believe will work best. Just in case this post doesn't follow the subreddit's guidelines I'll try to get this posted on the Dead by Daylight steam page.
