punishment for rage quit in dbd?
Have you reported someone for ragequit and gotten feeback for it?
I have so far never gotten feedback for ragequit in dbd, I have reported many.
I am curious.

Is it a temporary ban of days and then weeks?
Like the cooldown we get, but turned to days right away?

Same Punishment for all kinds of reports like toxic chat?

I always do report those ragequitters, and i usually get feedback for it. and I don't know tbh, i guess the punishement is more severe and longer the more often they keep doing it

Rage quitting has a built in punishment, the system does not need your added complaints about people quitting mid match, stop wasting resources because you feel the need to tattle on people.

Take the Win, and move on.

How is it a win if your teammate ragequits on the first down and results into yourself losing the game?

Take the Loss, and move on? Thank the inclusion of bots for prolonging the game at that point.

Still doesn't change the fact that rage quitting has a punishment, and reporting it is just a waste of server resources.

it is not a waste at all, because it is mentionned in the report description. and the fact that the feedback is received proves it's doing it's job as intended
to be honest this post is incredibly shortsighted. because if they actually did start banning people for ragequiting then people would just run at the killer and force him to kill them. then what? it's literally the same outcome. plus the game literally gives you a mechanism to kill yourself in-game when you're on the hook. what are they gonna do, ban you for trying to escape on hook or ban you for missing a skill check on hook? utter ridiculous. and if you quit without killing yourself at least you become a bot that plays better than most players anyway.
