I do think this guy has a point, though.
Survivors on the other hand are just skins. You can have a P100 play worse than a low prestige survivor and vice versa.
And tbh, you probably play against P100 survivors most of the time, you just don't see them as much because they play other characters to avoid being dodged by the killer.
Survivor is your normal point farming mode and dumping that much into our favourite character is a no brainer. They are effectively just skins.
Killer takes some real dedication cause most people want some variety and not main the living hell out of one killer with one ability with many around.
The P100 Killer Icon is only visible at the endscreen.
since all survs are the same outside of cosmetics and noises, it's easier imo to take one character to 100. as all killers play differently, there is more incentive to level or spend bp on different killers as your taste in killer may change over time
in a similar sense, you probably aren't taking a killer you don't enjoy or play frequently past p3 for teachables. time played != skill, but it shouldn't be dismissed entirely
I would say overall P100 Killers are scarier...except Jeff, a P100 Jeff is the scrariest thing in DBD
