Jolt/Surge No Longer in Bloodweb

I bought this perk from the shrine of secrets ages ago; I believe even before Stranger Things was removed from the game. Yet, now, after the DLC has been re-added, I'm finding I'm no longer able to purchase the trait for killers through the bloodweb. Do I need to buy the perk again or is this a bug?

I'd put in a support ticket for that, if you purchased it from the shrine they should have a record of that

Now that this perk belongs to the Demogorgon again, I believe you need to at least Prestige him one time to see it on all other Killer bloodwebs. If you want Rank 3 of the perk then you have to do the usual Prestige Demo 3 times on his bloodweb. It doesn't matter if you previously got the perk in a different way.

Pretty much since Stranger Things has returned, everything is back the way it was before it left. Hope that answers your question.

Since ST DLC is back, You need to P1 Demo to get Surge.

I felt like I remembered reading something like that; simultaneously, however, I do not own Trickster's DLC yet have starstruck after purchasing it from the bloodweb. Maybe they did a flat-out wipe of that perk's records or something. no idea... eugh.

shrine of secrets in the first place
this sounds like an oversight to me
try reaching out to BHVR support through the appropriate channels
