RTM Server Error

for the past week just haven't been able to connect to the game because it keeps on saying it was unable to connect to the RTM server. Have tried everything i can think of but it still has been the same. Every other online game on steam works just fine so I have no idea what's causing this. Not using a vpn either.

go to Windows settings, Time & Language, and find Date and Time. On the Date and time page look for the Sync Now button. Click it. That should solve your issue.

already did that multiple times. does not work. still get the same error. good game.

Change your primary DNS to Google's 8.8.8.8 and secondary 8.8.4.4, I changed mine to Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 and secondary 1.0.0.1

Others have reported that helped, if the sync now did not. See if any of those will help.

happend to me once. Use a VPN. There must be a problem in your region atm

So im wondering. Im running into the same problem. However the last match I was in today on DBD was with a cheater/hacker. Im wondering if that person is able to mess with any settings or the game to cause the "not able to connect to RTM server" because the game has been fine up until today after I was in a lobby with that person. Ive never experienced this problem either.

I've done what everyone said and sync'd the date time, restarted computer and steam. Restarted the game, constant RMT errors.

For anyone else running into the "cannot connect to the RTM" I was able to fix my error by not only syncing my date in time in my PC settings. But I also verified the integrity files for the game in steam. You can do this by going to the properties of the game via steam.

Having this issue as well, along with my swf on console. seems like a server wide issue, not just singular.
