How to use power struggle?

I have a challenge to use power struggle, im sleeping under a pallet and even reached the 15+ progress, but ihave no clue how to use it.

You need 15% wiggle progress, not recovery progress, so you'll need to use the perk "flip flop" (Ash perk), to be able to get any real value

This challenge is a pain, im using no mither with flip flop, power struggle and plot twist. First i try to do some noise to get this killer to me, so i can start recover until the killer picks me up. The issue is, that survivors continuesly coming to me and predrop pallets. Its like my 10th game now i try this challenge. Also i think challenges are not really healthy for this game, that force me to play something like this.

u cant do this in solo get a team adn do it.. solo players are too stupid.. have flip flop to convert recovery in wiggle .. u need 30% recovery to hit 15% wiggle.. that takes about 7 secs on ground.. if ur buddy can harass killer at pallet for 7s ur all set.. but know this good killers will only fall for this once.. then be prepared to eitehr get slugged or tunneled and some hits on hook.

i need to stun only 1 time, if the killer slugs me after that, i can deal with this, challenge would be done, but as long i have to fight against 3 other survivors + killer, its a new kind of challenge in the game.

just invite random surv to ur team, killer wont hook u, if he see ur team, space before ur team pallet stun the killer

i had to get 4 killer stunns in 1 match for a challenge recently, had 23 (chucky games excluded) matches where i tried with Blast mine, DS, any means (to reset pallets) and windows so i see the aviable pallets. NONE of the killers would let themselves stunn on pallets, i got consistently 2 stunns with DS and Blast mine each round but thats it.

It had to be a nurse slugging me to pick me up last second and rinse and repeat to get this challenge done. So yeah, either you find an swf to do this or i'd say skip this challenge. Power struggle in solo is like a 1 out of 100 scenario.
