Worth buying ultimate edition on sale now?

I have been playing on Steam but noticed that the Ultimate Edition is really cheap on Epic (~ 2/3s off with coupon). So I have two questions.

First is it worth buying ultimate edition on sale now? Am I correct in thinking that they are going to bundle and reduce the real life price of every original character up to Trickster?

Second, has anyone who link their Steam and Epic accounts confirm they were able to use all the characters on Steam?

I bought the ultimate edition way back and it was worth it to me back then. So if you really like the game i'd say go for it. IDK if the reduced prices are gonna be overall or just with ingame purchase, they will change their pricing system during january by bundle up killers.

I do not use epic, so i sadly cant help you on that matter.

Thanks Fred - I do like the game, but am unsure as there are changes coming in January.
Also, I did try to link my Epic and Steam accounts but ran into some issues.

Yeah i hear it alot the linkin between epic and steam seems difficult.

If you dont explode from impatience i'd say wait for january to really see the pricing diffrence, if you are not satisfied with what you would get then you can still have the ultimate edition from steam, that wont go away so soon.

Personally i wouldnt want to have all the fuss with having to combine 2 accounts for a 1 time sale but thats just me.
