"Dedicated servers not responding"

Has anyone else had this issue and how did you fix it. I have now disconnected 8 games in a row. I now have a 6 hour cooldown... I have reinstalled the game, I have rebooted internet multiple times. I am not lagging in the game yet when i kick a gen or close hatch / hook someone the game will freeze for 10 second and boot me. This has only been happening for me since the chucky update.

I have, but rarely. It usually happens to me during the matchmaking.

1-dont use vpn
2-make sure your firewall is not blocking DBD or EAC (easy anti cheat)... its better to put them both on the white list so that everything go smoothly❗❗
3-check if your pc time is correct and matches your location❗
4-try changing your DNS

Thanks for the comment, I tried all of the steps you listed and unfortunately it happened again now I am locked out for 24 hours.

same for me now :/ every match i play on pc or console disconnects with that message

This issiue has been around since more than 3 years and hasnt been resolved yet. It doesnt happen too regularly (anymore) but its extremely annoying.
