Need flashlight build recommendation

I've never done flashlight saves (on controller so it feels terrible), but I don't get a lot of pallet stuns either and my last challenge for level 2 of the event tome is 2 stuns or blinds.

Is there a good build for blinds?

Blast Mine, Head-On, Flashbang, Decisive Strike is the build I use when I have a tome like that.

Is there a toolbox build and a medkit build? Too bad we don't have 4 perk loadouts cuz I want a solo queue build as well.

Empathy to find an injured survivor.
Background Player to get into position.
Saboteur if you want to know where the killer will carry the survivor.
Flashbang if you want an alternative to flashlight.
Off the Record if you like to try right after the unhook.

For a heal build I use Autodidact, Aftercare, Botany Knowledge, and Self Care if I don't want to use Bite the Bullet.

Gen build I use is Stakeout, Hyperfocus, Fogwise, and Bond if I don't feel like using Prove Thyself or Blast Mine.

Solo build is Resilience, Wake Up, Adrenaline/Sole Survivor, and lastly Left Behind if I'm hoping for hatch.

For the blind mission, I literally just ran adept Leon plus Resilience(?) as my last perk, so Flashbang, Rookie Spirit, Bite the Bullet. and Resilience. I am not very good at the game though, so take it with a grain of salt. Sure it isn't meta, but its fun to mind my business and do generators, while still having abilities for chases and helping teammates.
