Report a translation problem
The more you escape (winning), the more your MMR increases, putting you in a higher bracket/tier that these bots/farming accounts can't reach (because they keep losing on purpose).
Survivors gain MMR by escaping trials through the gates and lose MMR by dying.
Killers gain MMR for each survivor they kill and lose MMR for each survivor that escapes.

I know why doctors are throwing, I don't know why it's so common that most of the time I play doctors they are going to throw, it's gotten to the point that I immediately relax once I realize I am playing a doctor because 95% chance they aren't playing.
