This game is pointless.

There's literally no point in playing as a Killer or even trying unless you want to camp.

Survivors are given 10,000 different ways to escape and run ridiculously fast. Why tf would anyone want to play this? Chasing people in circles? Spamming crates? Oh you finally get one down? Too bad they're back up because of some stupid item that insta revives.

It's done. The game is only being played by people that can't actually play something that requires skill so they play the run in circles game. GG going back to something that has a slight amount of balance, COD MW 3 is genuinely better than this, I didn't think there could be a game worse than MW3 but holy christ this is it.

Even when you win it's just running in circles, get hit by crate, run in more circles. It's a game for the insane that are obsessed with running in circles. Don't forget being blinded by a flashlight, that's super fun.

Maybe you need to take a break. Loops with windows, pallets and flashlight blinds are in the core of this game and this is far from being changed.

Take a break? I played like 4 games and was like "Oh I totally remember why no one plays this."

I feel like an angry stepmom chasing kids in a grocery store. There are no killers in this game, and it's rigged for survivors so heavily it's not even fun anymore. Just running in circles.

If the Game isnt being fun for you you can always play something else or try out Survivor.
Many People suffer from DbD Burnout but dont admit it to themselves. A "short" Break or 1+ Months usually helpts to reignite the DbD Fun

Going by your logic all videogames are pointless. Fps are for obsessed with shooting and you can only run and shoot, or camp and shoot. Minecraft and fortnite are for square obsessed where you only place squares around the maps. Mobas are for compulsive obsessed couse you spam clicks and keys.

The game with the perks and build gives you a lot of playstyle as killer. OFC if you only played 5 games in this you faced people circling you aroung just because you have no clue on how hide your terror radius and caught them by surprise scaring the ♥♥♥♥ out of them. ^_^

Sometimes I die as survivor, sometimes I escape. Sometimes I kill all four survivors, as killer. Sometimes they all get away. Maybe you should just take a break and go play Doll of Cutie for a while.

I can kinda see why one might think the whole loop around tiles is idiotic. Because a "chase" is always better if it is from a start to a finish and not in a circle. I also dont like the whole concept of loops, thats why im probably not on a skill-level regarding loops where i should be at my ~1300 hours. Because i find it bland.

But there are ways to compensate that, catching survivors off guard, smart use of power and as a survivor i just dont stick too long to loops, try to break LoS in chase etc and generally play more immersed. And still i got to a point where im better at loops than where i was when i started, even though they are my "weak spot".

This game is hella fun, but i can see why someone would say its silly because the looping.
