Eruption or Deadlock for the last perk in my build?

Which perk is better?

I'm running Discordance, Pain Reso, and Nowhere to Hide, not sure what to use as my 4th perk. Just upgraded the Cenobite so now I have access to deadlock, and I'm currently upgrading the nemesis to gain access to eruption.

Well tbh I've been using this general build for most all my killers, but I'd say ghostface specifically.

If you're gonna use nowhere to hide, you might as well bring eruption. Remove discordance for deadlock

Imo, if you run Pain Res + NtH then take Eruption to prevent cases when you waste Pain Res token because the only 50+% progressed gen is deadlocked and rest are at 0. Happened to me quite a few times.

Or... you could run no slowdown perks. Right now on GF I'm running Starstruck, Lightborn, Agitation, and Ultimate Weapon with excellent results. The more altruistic the team, the better.

I'll look into it, but I def think NWtH is >>> Ultimate Weapon, an aura does so much better then a scream.

it depends on the killer but ultimate weapon is stupidly powerful compared to NWTH

Like Dakota said, it totally depends on the killer. It also depends on your play style. For Ghostface, UW procs, you now know where someone is, enter night shroud and surprise them. At least for my style, uw is orders of magnitude more useful than nth.

I don't enjoy gen kicking and picking perks for it makes me feel the need to do it more, so I end up checking the gens more as well. For that reason, I pick fun perks and focus on hunting people and bringing them chaos. Deadlock alone tends to give you plenty more time to do that

as far as I know, deadlock is bugged atm. Regression from pain res still apliies to the blocked gen. So DL is much better now.

I have both perks unlocked but I somehow prefer eruption. Going around and kicking generators is something I normally do. Took deadlock on some killers for flavour but I have not noticed it do much.
