You have to send a video of it to the company, which is completely unreasonable, but that's what Behavior does.

You need to have video proof of only a certain length (they don't accept file sizes too large, through the submission portal)
You need to have flagged them as aiding the killer during the end game screen,
You then have to go to the main forums, have an account there, submit a ticket with the details, and wait for somebody to contact you through email saying they're busy dealing with a larger than usual amount of reports and they'll get back to you.
And then you never hear from that person again.

Yeah, but it would take more than your one report. They would have to keep doing it and accumulate a lot of reports.

If you also reported them on the main support site however, and provided video footage, they would probably act off it with one instance if it was condemning enough.

They would likely only be banned for 24 hours if it was their first ban however. It is up to you if it's worth it to even report, or just forget and play a new round.

best just to move on and forget it happened. even if you follow every single step they expect you to follow to post a report the chances of a permaban are slim to none (unless they're cheating, apparently).

over the course of my entire time playing this game - thousands and thousands - of hours, i've ran into a few people who were obviously working together but it's few and far between.

worst thing that ever happened to me was a survivor and killer who literally wouldn't let me die or leave the game. and after waiting an hour with the game alt tabbed i decided to disconnect. and ever since then whenever some level of trolling starts i don't wait for it to resolve itself, i just d/c immediately and move onto the next game.

I reported a hacker who was fixing gens inside lockers and who went outside the gate when the gate is closed. With screenshots, developers have not contacted me yet.

To do so, report in game then open a ticket here[support.deadbydaylight.com] using the chatbot at the bottom of the page.

For this kind of offenses video evidence is needed, and if you are not able to attach the clip to the ticket, just upload it to YouTube as unlisted and post the link in the description.
