question about "made for this" endurance

currently running:
For the people, Boon dark theory, Bond, Made for this
while my friend is running:
Bloodpact, made for this, bond, windows of opportunity

I was put in a situation where I was injured and healed my 99% recovered friend and got the endurance effect only to get downed? am I missing something? because the endurance didn't give me that extra hit but instead I was instantly downed as if I didn't have made for this to begin with. PS. the killer hit me 1 second after I got my friend up, so endurance popped instantly there

Any thoughts?

I think the perk dont work on a down survivor. They change it because of for the people or something like that.

It does work on downed survivors 100% :)

OP: A couple of times, it hasn't activated for me and has confused me just as much as it has confused you! Maybe it bugs out sometimes??? At the times it's happened I put it down to a latency issue or something.. like the heal goes through on my end but on the killer side they have hit you before the heal goes through, so the endurance wasn't activated yet.

It's frustrating when you are relying on the endurance hit to protect your friend who you've just got up!

Good i dont really use the perk for the endurence effect so i was not sure.

I think it take like 1 sec for the perk to activate then just like it does for adrenaline
