Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance

Not as good as once was specially with RNG allways failling proper hook placement to take a good advantage of the scourge. Sure we can put in Agitation or Iron Grasp but it´s another perk slot wasted for one single purpose. Scourge perks are becoming more and more useless. Still,
Everytime I hook a survivor on the scourge hooks I don´t really hear an explosion or any sign that the perk is actually doing it´s job.
I ask to those actually having knowledge and experience using it, that have seen it working or tested it out.
Does anyone knows if Pain Res it´s really working or it´s somewhat bugged?

When getting that down that may be the match comeback and I see I wont reach a Scourge hook in time I have to hook the survivor in a normal hook. Still remains that expectation of getting that sorvivor token onto the Scourge the next chance I get to hook him. I know the perk descritpion tells "The first time each survivor is hooked on a scourge hook" but that means exactly what?!
The effect will be applied only for the survivor´s first hook, and the token is lost if it happens to be on a normal hook?
Or it doesn´t matter being the 1st, 2nd or 3rd survivor´s hook as the token remains for that survivor until he falls into a scourge hook for the first time?

Im not sure bit i guess when you hook the survivor on a scourge hook. Normal hooks dont matter. So every surv can be hooked once on a scourge hook to trigger the effect.

As I said, I allways have that expectation and I guess that the token is holding on until the survivor goes into the scourge despite being his 1st, 2nd or 3rd hook but I would like to know if the perk does work like that or is even working at all at this moment.

It works like that. Also, everytime it activates, generator damaged score event pops up in the top right corner and you can hear people working on it scream.

With sick gen speed pain res is a must rn. Or u can camp and tunnel. Or both

I have noticed suff like that happening but very, very rare despite the many scourge hookings I have done and it doesn´t looked like to me it wasnt giving me the effects it should.

Pain res is working, most survs to avoid the scream can stop repairing the gen while the surv is being carryied, so if the gen explodes due to pain res they will not scream, but the perk will still do its job
