Check your desktop resolution setting in your GPU control panel and make sure it's actually set to 2560x1440 and not 1920x1080 because by default DBD uses Borderless window fullscreen which means that it uses your desktop resolution setting so I would start by checking your desktop resolution setting in your GPU control panel or Windows settings to make sure it's set correctly.
I can confirm my Windows resolution settings is correct (2560*1440), i also tryed to set the game full screen but It always says 1920*1080 grayed out, what else can i check?
When you select fullscreen it still stays greyed out? You shouldn't have to restart the game but maybe try that with fullscreen selected and see if it is still greyed out because it shouldn't be.
You can try manually changing it but I suspect some other windows or gpu or monitor setting (Image scaling? Using a custom resolution?) is causing the problem.
Navigate to:
C:\Users\UserNameGoesHere\AppData\Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Config\WindowsClient
Open GameUserSettings.ini and make sure the following lines match the ones below changing them if needed:
AutoAdjust=False
ResolutionSizeX=2560
ResolutionSizeY=1440
FullscreenMode=0
LastConfirmedFullscreenMode=0
PreferredFullscreenMode=0
Save file normally and try starting the game and see if that does the trick. I don't think it will since manually doing it isn't any different that in-game but if that doesn't work then it is a Windows/GPU/Monitor setting that is causing the problem.
