wich killer to get for 500 cells?

i have 500 spare auric cells and i was wondering wich solo killer should i get? because i've thought about it : there should be a chapter where a survivor perks are totally useless? if yes wich??

Everyone complains about every new chapter but tbh the survivor with the worst perks is Ace (for me) XD So.... my answer to your question: The "Of Flesh and Mud"-chapter ^^

Probably buy the Cenobite, the Hellraiser chapter doesn't have any good survivor perks at all.

Open-Handed is great, run it with Kindred some time and you can see the killer from so far away, use it on RPD and now almost half the map just has the killer revealed.

Haddie on the other hand, her perks are terrible, the only remotely decent one is Overzealous, and even then it's not great.

unfortunately already have it, i dont have any of the killers that came out 2021 and onwards if im not mistaken

If you're going to use the auric cells my advice is go for a licensed killer, like Myers, Ghostface or the Resident Evil ones, but I would also first check if you wouldn't want to buy the DLC instead.

Onryo or Artist from the list.
Prob better Onryo, since Artist is available for shards.
Yoichi's perks aren't completely useless, but barely anyone uses them and you usually want to combine them with something else to get some value.
Trickster has nice perks and I personally like playing him, but he's available for shards too, so I wouldn't buy him for cells (and Yun Jin's perks on their own is kinda meh too).
So it's kinda depends if you're looking for killer for perks or to play it and how much you wanna prioritize getting licensed stuff over bhvr original killers.

If you don't care about killer being licensed or not and how good/interesting to play killer is then Onryo, Trickster, Skull Merchant are the options.
From Yoichi's perks most useful in soloQ is Empathic Connection and even it can be used against you by teammates that just lead killer to you instead of coming to get healed. Or some just ignore your aura even if they're injured (and perk is meh in SWF since you can just tell your friends where you are).
From Yun Jin's perk Smash Hit best works with Yoichi's Parental Guidance and it requires you to consistently stun killers with pallets to even work and it's two perks slots. Fast Track is usually used with some gen rush builds, but it's situational and might lead into playing too passively trying to use up as many tokens on it as possible.
Two survs that come with Skull Merchant comes with meh perks as well, so can look into getting her.
Other killers on the list have survs with atleast 1 or more perls that I personally find fun to play with or generally is considered useful.
