His power makes the skill checks to be all over the place, making it considerably harder to land them, specially if Unnerving is in play, which can pretty much guarantee it will trigger with him.
But on its own, it isnt that great of a perk.
I went against two Doctors last night with Merciless, and even with Madness 2 and the skill checks going wild, I managed to bypass it. If they ran Unnerving, I might have missed a skill check, but then they’d be limited to really only playing with 2 perks.
It’s a waste of time, my man. One of those Doctors was against a full solo queue team, so you’d imagine he’d have an easier time, but his entire build was gen defense, so we got a 4 man out.
Dude was running Deadlock, Dead Man’s Switch, Merciless Storm, and STBFL… but I denied him STBFL stacks since I was obsession and kept taking hits.
