Brown toolbox massive bug or cheats

so got into a game as survivor spawn next to a Feng with hidden name so ingame name was Feng aswell the closest gen got corrupted but there is a chest there she opens it takes the flashlight she got from it and leaves her toolbox behind i had a yellow one with addons so im not gonna swap we get to endgame 1 gen left my toolbox is empty so i go back for hers and use it on that gen i mentioned earlier and for some reason when i hit skillchecks it increased progress speed just like when u have Needle and thread or something like that for a medkit and the toolbox goes empty really quickly but for some apparent reason im still repairing at toolbox speed? had to leave gen then came back and the box did not work but its still i did like 89% on the gen with an empty box pretty much...

In the last few days, I often have the feeling that the generators are being made extremely quickly.
And always when one or more brown tool boxes are used. Sometimes they're done so quickly that 20-25 seconds after I've passed a generator that hasn't started repairing it's already done, even though I'm chasing 2 survivors and seeing another one on another generator.

ye i hear ya i do both killers and survivors but ye seems like its something in general wrong with brown toolboxes but once agian this is DBD not like they are known for having low cheater population

I don't think it's anything to do with brown toolboxes specifically, just people using their cheats to add extra addons to an item. I've seen a few mega bright flashlights. I do think people are probably using it on toolboxes again but in general the cheats are ramping back up again.

Dont really feel like they were ever gone tbh like i play so many damn games but when it comes to 2nd hand questioning if i was unlucky/lucky if i did poorly or my enemy cheat or is better DBD takes the cake quite hard
