So, i didn't understand. What i have to do?

If it's the one I think it is, you pick it up and then take it to the basement without doing rushed actions or being hit, and then you're done. It converts into a normal item that wont break.

Find it and go to the basement to interact with the thingy there. You need to not do rushed actions like fast vault or get hit until you get there.

step 2: interact with it and get the item
step 3: take it to the basement
step 4: interact with the glyph in the basement and solidify the coin
step 5: escape with it for a lot of BP or just die and u still get small bp
