If you cant see how a 3% haste is incredibly unhealthy for the game, then i seriously question your skills
Spine chill for example used to make vaulting 6% or 9% faster (i forgot) and it was used by good players.
It won't be broken or S tier or anything like that but against killers that don't insta down, fractions of second can be the difference between getting to a pallet or not.
3% are only something worthwhile when you need every fraction of a second and that is the case during a chase.
that perk is bad because limited range + killer can stomp it + it needs setup time
not because 2% haste is bad
Paired with other speed boosts? We may see a problem across the board, ESPECIALLY slower killers. But we will have to see.
As I said again here, both endurance and speed should be acquired by healing another person, and you lose both if you go from injured to dying or healthy, having to heal another person again to gain (and remove the exhaustion requirement).
