Should I be bringing an exhaustion perk?
I've been using lithe as of recently, but I wanted to start using spine chill again. My 3 other perks are off the record, unbreakable and windows of opportunity

I'd say it depends?
Do you have more of an issue with knowing when to start leaving the gen or with stealth killers?
Or do you get a lot of mileage during a chase because you're able to sprint off of a vault, that you might not be able to get otherwise?

I'd describe exhaustion perks as kind of training wheels to help you last longer in chases initially. They're not necessary and you can bring none and still do well in red ranks (at least, I do). But I'm a weirdo who plays perkless sometimes to shake it up

Most people bring one, I personally don't.

Lithe, sprint burst, balanced landind or overcome. They can make chases last long by at leat 30 seconds, thats why they are meta. Better stay off the hooks for more time.

The only rank that matters is the MMR but this one is hidden from players.

You should always have an exaustion perk. Those perk are the best perk a survivor can bring it buy time for free.
