i lost a demogorgon when i use a battle pass key (help)

first, the english its not my native languge, well i return to play four weeks ago and i been surprised when i launch the game and in my killer list i have the demogorgon whitout puchase the dlc ever, but i redeem a dbd battle pass code, i go to play killer but the demogorgon its not in mi list, i am sad because i spend bloodpoins to level up that caracter and that was so funny ¿what i can do? ¿is that a bug? ¿another person have the same problem?
