how often do they do sales for iri for killers/survivors i saw it once or twice long time ago do they they still do it?

Most of the time its during the anniversary and halloween.

As Truth Seeker said, the Halloween sale pretty much discounts any way you purchase by 50% (cells, shards, and $$ for Steam expansions). Sadly they don't normally have 50% off sales other than this time, but there is the occasional 75% off on a specific selection of several outfits. For character discounts you'll have to wait for Halloween though. I've yet to experience their anniversary sale, but that will be sometime in June (16th till the 30th if they keep it the same as previous years). Hopefully they'll have some 50% off deals at that time, or an even greater discount!
