So what do people think of this perk? i honestly believe people dont give it enough credit.

I even think its actually stronger than it should be.

I think it's great for M1 killers and Deathslinger, especially Deathslinger.

Its good but far from being op. If you find the survivor after the first down say goodbye to all your stack. Its only good on killer that can use it well like demo or deathslinger.

Aren't you mistaking with play with your food? play with your food only lose stacks by hitting the obssession.

In my opinion this perk is way too strong. I use it on every killer other than blight, nurse, spirit and huntress. It let's you camp survivors whenever you need it with 0 counterplay.

I even secured a kill against comp team as wesker thanks to camping with stbfl despite the fact that hook was was close to an exit gate (I suck at wesker, I was just doing my daily against comp team...).

Edit: I forgot about Trapper, Billy, Bubba, Legion, Trickster, Pinhead and Sadako. I don't use STBFL on them either.

Play with your food make you lose stack the second you do an attack on the survivor it does not matter if its the obsession or not. Its does not matter if the hit injure or not 1 blade of trickster remove stack.

Save the best for last give you 1 stack for each hit if its not the obsession and you lose 2 stack each time you attack the obsession.

Is a great perk but it has no counter, the obession should atleast now the killer has this perk

thats still just as bad. have to make a painful choice: either leave Obssession to do whatever like doing gens for the sake of saving stacks or lose 4 stacks for a chance to down them and have to re-acquire stacks unless they die then you cant get anymore stacks unless you have 8

it is definately not too strong, unless they make it that when you hit obsession you dont lose stacks but you also dont gain any. not every perk, power, or addon needs to have a counterplay

it is definately not too strong, unless they make it that when you hit obsession you dont lose stacks but you also dont gain any. not every perk, power, or addon needs to have a counterplay

Camping doesn't need to be any stronger. They should add a condition that it doesn't work close to a hook.

first of all camping is effective but not impossible to beat, second STBFL can only benefit from camping if its the obsession that is being camped and only if you have 8 stacks otherwise your hurting yourself if you only have 1-4 stacks and they die then you cant get anymore. stop using camping as an excuse to unfairly nerf killers just because most people refuse to do gens and try to do hook rescues in the killers face

My favorite perk in the game probably - I don't HAVE to use it but I love it so much!

nobody ever seems to expect it and if you have a rudimentary sense of forethought you can often just avoid hitting the obsession unless its important in most cases, I've learned

It synergizes well with a lot of fun perks too. I love running it with Discordance, in particular since that confirms I'll have two targets to choose from!

And if people wanna' do stupid ♥♥♥♥ like farm off hook in front of me or try to force a BT hit to 'waste' my time. . . Well 9/10 times they magically lose within the next ~2 minutes as I slug three dudes with the INSANE cooldown between hits!

On top of it all; I am a very aggressive and erratic player in most cases. So being able to hit more and dish it out is always fun! It gets my BLOODLUST going when I start shredding through bodies like candy

its definately one of my favorite chase perks. use it with most killers unless they can chase down survivors without it: Blight, Nurse etc.

How is it unfair nerf? If it doesn't work close to hooks, it would only hurt campers. It wouldn't hurt anyone else.
