And no, infinite Unbreakable isn't worthwhile because any killer who knows the perk will never leave you downed.
Seems like you're interested in stealth, which is fine, don't get me wrong.
Good stealth gameplay requires you to have a backup plan in case you do get found though, and if you're being productive the killer will find you sooner or later.
"No Mither" makes you an easy catch in that scenario, scratch marks or not.
It's not worth running "No Mither" if you're interested in stealth gameplay no matter if it works.
"No mither" hides your blood and makes you almost calm (if chosen character has quiet grunts). So it's not bad for stealth but it needs more stealth perks combined with, to be productive in preventing noticed by killer.
Would rather have other options that can be used multiple times, like Quick and Quiet, or Lightweight
Lucky break only lasts 60 seconds starting from when you are injured.
Since you start the game injured from no mither, you will have no scratch marks in only the first minute. This is kinda pointless.
The second effect of lucky break will not work when you have no mither. Lucky break restores 1 second of its charges for every 1 second you spend healing other players, but if you are still injured while doing so then those charges will be immediately spent and wasted.
To use lucky break to its maximum efficiency you should focus on only letting it be active while you are actually in chase. Lucky break makes it easy to waste the killers time in chases or easy to escape chases, especially when paired with either iron will (exhaustion perk that hides your injured noises) or overcome (exhaustion perk that gives you extra 2 seconds speed boost when killer hits you). Then when you are out of the chase heal yourself quickly with a med-kit or something like inner healing (becomes active after cleansing a totem, then hide in a locker to heal yourself once per totem).
Did you test it in public/KYF?
I know, this perk combo performance in overall game is bad, but it can help me to not become an easy target in match beginning due to accidental finds. I want to give it a chance at least in one game.
Although it has to be said that stealth should only be used when you are on your last hook. Otherwise it is your job to lead the killer on a chase to prevent them from interrupting generator repairs and to prevent them from killing your teammates who are on last hook.
Killers will still find you easily unless you're not being prodictive.
Assume they'll have an understanding of where survivors spawn and head that direction asap.
The kiler is going to check gens and you damn well should be doing gens especially at the beginning of the game.
If the killer is running "Lethal Pursuer" they're gonbna see your aura at the start and the whole combo becomes useless. It likely also makes you a far more attractive to most killers because you're already injured and much easier to down.
Killers also do like to tunnel the "No Mither", especially if they're not that good at chases.
It's really not that good of an idea.
