The game crashed and now I'm banned

Playing as the monster the game seemed to lagged and then i was kicked to the end of match screen and then i was notified i have a 25 hour ban. what gives?

What gives is you "crashed" more than one time. 25 Hours is a lot.

I recommend fixing your internet, your device, and optimizing anything else to stop you from crashing. otherwise, you might be perma banned soon enough. lol
