Not to mention that they reworked coldwind maps before.
the house requires better positioning on the killer's part and that's pretty much it.
as a survivor, i don't experience the huge survivor sided advantage that everyone talks about, and my teammates die on it one after the other, which usually ends with the killer winning.
this is consistent with what i see from all the killer streamers: they always 4k on this map without exception.
when the bottom window is opened at the entrance to the house (when there is no pallet inside the house), you can make a semi infinite there with m1 killers jumping through the top one and entering the bottom one and going around, in addition to the house from the kitchen window which can serve as a waste time for the window at the entrance to the house to reset and repeat everything.
ps: all of this wouldn't even be so much of a problem if the map itself didn't have a lot of pallets connected, in addition to a very reasonable size
(Some) Other killers:
-Consider anything less than a 4k a loss and a stain on their reputation
Me:
-Willing to de facto throw the match for the sake of a dad joke
And as luck would have it, when I got in there, they came looking for me because they wanted to farm! So it worked out better than it should have.
I only ever use map offerings to play my favorite ones that I never seem to get. They're my favorite because I have fun on them, I like the aesthetic. I don't really care about advantages because unless I'm playing as killer I find that each map is a toss-up.
I'd be perfectly happy with them getting rid of map offerings if only they would make a much more effective (ie, even slightly effective) map repeat fix. I still get the maps I hate all the time (sometimes twice in a row) and the ones I love very rarely.
