Not even just these ones specifically either, really just look for any dbd netease skins showcases and you'll see how so many of them are beautiful, creepy, or really capture the feeling of what skins should be in this game. Looking at you, ultra-rare outfits.

Then you take a look at the many skins we've been getting lately...

Cause everyone on DBD main was just tripping over themselves to get that Seabed Sustenance skin for Twins and Jonah's Baseball Series outfit. And plenty, plenty of other less than passable cosmetics that are total hot garbo and would take forever to name.

Gotta agree. I dont know why, but the skins are super high quality for mobile. It's incredible. Actually makes me kinda envious.

The mobile game is, to my understanding, developed by an entirely different group of people but that doesn't really excuse the fact that they get things that we don't (it may be vice-versa, I don't know). We bought the game, we should have the same right to the same items as anyone else who buys the game. I don't like this exclusivity stuff.

I genuinely hope we never get any of the netease cosmetics, they're way too overly flashy and bright, as if you're going to a photoshoot rather than being chased by someone who wants to kill you.

Granted core dbd already have flashy and bright cosmetics but at least they dirty them up with blood and dirt to fit with the art & tone of the game, which is you're running for your life from different kinds of murderous killers.

EDIT: Also forgot to mention, if we get Netease cosmetics into dbd, they're all gonna be very expensive and locked as sets, i guarantee you.

Well it's because DBD Mobile is a GACHA game, trust me, you do not want to get that treatment on pc, imagine buying 10k auric cells for rolls to get a super nice skin, and spend them all and not get a damn thing you wanted.

I prefer to buy auric cells and buy the skin i want without any of that crap.

Some of them, maybe, but in the examples you linked to, you have a lot of repeating skins across multiple survivors. The gala dresses, Lady Gaga-type outfits (with the billed hats), the "magician's assistant", the hooded jackets, etc. Granted, there are a few unique ones and they're not all the same color across survivors, but they feel less like customizations and more like uniforms.
