Missing owned characters

I just got on today and I'm missing Elodie and Felix from survivor side and The Twins, The Blight, The Ghost Face and The Plague from killer. WTF? Tried relaunching and they're still unowned.

I tried to file a ticket and it said that the page was missing once I submitted it and that I have "no requests".

i had this happen once was a pain

1 up top click help(right above library)
2 then click steam support
3 click games, software ect
4 type in dead by daylight
5 for me i had to click on each dlc manually since i was missing them all
6 there is an option if its not on account to re-add that missing dlc
7 click the back arrow where it says store
8 rince and repeat until all are back on your account

doesnt always work but after steam saying i still owned them and behaviour saying it wasnt on their end after checking its what i had to do after doing some research on how to restore missing items from my account

Is this only for Steam-bought DLC? A fair few of my characters were purchased individually via shards or cells.

i wouldnt know i always buy my dlcs and not use shards on them

hi, did you figure it out? have the same problem rn.. im missing 15 characters. dbd support doesnt help at all.. they say there isnt any record of me purchasing them via ingame shop.. (bought them with shard and auric cells). even send the support proof (screenshots) that they are still wearing charms etc. (when i look at them in the ingame shop) like i last left them..

Same issue here, got back after a long time... missing like half of my characters

The problem for me was due to library share access being removed, I believe.
