hard to tell if you dont have evidence and both point of views to actually tell what the killer did see / killer in your case
The movement speed is probable because bloodlust or a perk many people for that play with your food is a perk or that devour hope give movement speed after an unhook.
Not to say there aren't killer cheaters because holy ♥♥♥♥ there are definitely survivor ones so there are killer ones and there aren't a lot of aura perks and things you can use to find this out.
If only there were a way to replay the match or add in some sort of anti-cheating device that detects unusual speeds/movements, or a feature that automatically disconnects a player who goes underground/10 feet in the air...
oh well.
But to many people dont know the perk and there effect to accuse the other player of cheating.
Just today i pick up someone who had flip flop and believe me in the end game screen the first thing i check is if the player had the perk to make sure he did not cheat. I can do that because i played a lot of match and i know a huge majority of the perk with the effect they have.
I've never had a legitimate bug that placed me on some inaccessible spot, except when playing Nurse. But I've seen plenty of cheaters go on top of walls or big obstacles to recover from being downed or mess with people.
Obviously there should be some exceptions for notably buggy killers, like the aforementioned Nurse, Blight, Twins and Hillbilly.
On top of that, implement a "speed limit", where if you go too fast, depending on role, you are automatically kicked. Set up different maximum allowed speeds for survivors and each killer. In no circumstances should a survivor be able to move faster than at 157% speed. This will fix most teleportation hacks.
