Dont play engi fang. Just saw otz say its good. He tried to prove it and couldnt. Its bad, period. Dont buy into the lie its good. Half the time you are a worse version of yourself and ending chases can take much much longer. You will only get frustrated. if you wanna try him out for fun or because you are curious, pls use any other addon than this. Iri box and all of his purple ones are way better.

PS.: Its good for hard camping, if thats your style. Then of course you can go for it

Nah, the fang's good. The chains get tangled in scenery so often anyway, they're already a "pick and choose when you tangle people up". At least with the fang, you can give them a stab from a distance.

Idk know man, My 1000 hrs of pinhead experience have told me otherwise. And against actaully good survs you never ever want your ability to be weaker than normal.

Its one of those dreaded addons that FEELS good and makes you go " thats actually pretty pog"but when going up against good survivors you are just handicapping yourself. Trust me when i say you always want to be at your full power and not nerf yourself by fluctuating between powerlevels. I`ve went through the grind...

General rule of thumb is if something sounds too good to be true, it is. Give "new" builds a thought or two before buying into them.

People usually don't get to see the failing moments of particular builds. Those fun videos we all see will have a lot of attempts under the hood to get the right moments caught on camera. Don't be surprised if a build fails miserably against any half-decent survivors.

Iri box you can play in almost any build. Franklins remains is the best for box hunting. Torture pillar is good for passive pressure and good with franks remains, since you can NOT ALWAYS go for box. Chatterers is great paired with DMS to block all gens on the entire map after hooking and a good pait with iri box. Getting rid of OTR,DH and base BT when need can make for a good comeback if you are a little bit behind and need to tunnel someone out. Impaling Wire rules all. One of my favorite addons in the whole game.

Engineers Fang is only good when paired with a spirit fury build. The main reason why Engineers Fang is bad is because You pretty much always hit them at long range giving them a super hitboost sending them at much further distances than just hitting them with an m1.

I don't think I need to state the other obvious reasons why its terrible.

It has it's uses but it's certainly not amazing as the loss of 1 chain is huge. I've found it most useful on multi floor maps like Midwich so you can injure them when they are working on gens inbetween floors. In general though yeah I think it's not that great.

Fang is the only addon that makes Pinheads garbage power halfway worthwhile.

He's a worse clown who needs to hit skillshots otherwise.

The slow is utter thrash and the chains should always be able to injure and down survs.
Also they have build in counterplay because, why not? LOL.

Also the box is like the smallest hurdle for the surv team ever, because they get to see the stupid aura.

Then I would maybe play him for flavor, but still hunteress would 10 times easier and more effective to play.

My favorite is: DMS, Thrilling Tremors and corrupt intervention. You can either pair this with deadlock, chatterers and iri box. This way you can block all gens on the map after downing someone with box/hooking someone and then going for box (chatterers value).
Or you can play with chain hunt and combine these three with hoarder, Torture pillar and franks remains. This way you block all gens after downing the one with box and chainhunt will take care of all gens on the map after hooking. Its a little less consistent but still strong and good if you just wanna practice boxhunting.
Third is DMS, oppression, nowhere to hide and overcharge together with original pain. Not as consistent on blocking gens map wide cause it depends on survivors missing skillcheck if you use oppression after hook (yeah I like blocking all gens on the entire map). still a fun build.
Lastly i wanna try corrupt, franklins, hoarder and sloppy/gift of pain together with og pain and franklins remains +mori to use chain hunt to stop healing across the whole map. Havent tried it this in the new patch yet, but it was kinda good last patch and should be stronger by now. I hope you can have some fun with this :)

This just shows me you havent played much cenobite. Yeah, if you play him like clown hes gonna be worse at that. That said, he aint clown and you shouldnt play him like that.
