So yeahh first hook per person only but to compinsate it now takes 25% instead of the old 15% per hook
If they don't heal, they can avoid the slowdown effect. Also worth noting that Mangled and stuff don't really do anything much, because heal times are so quick...most times, you're only adding a few extra seconds; not enough to be a difference maker. Even worse, a lot of survivors run perks that buff them when they're injured, and those players won't really be affected by it.
I used to be into Gift of Pain too, but I realized that Hex: Pentimento paired with Hex: Plaything ends up being more effective at what Gift of Pain tries to do.
