How do you determine speed hack in killers?

I mean like if they have additional speed on the base stat how would you determine?

experience, precision, keen eyes, also must pay attention to the ping of players: survivors is obvious but killer lag sometimes shows a dagger better pay attention to that so you wont mistake lag with speed hack❕
in the end if you see suspicious things quickly start recording and send the video to official website and leave the judging to them❗
